Amazing! outside of my masseuse, my neck and shoulders gets the best massage from this device. highly recommend!
Lifetime Replacement
LEVATA does the three things a physical therapist does, in the order they do them: heat it, take the load off it, then quiet it down. Fifteen minutes, lying down, one button.
- Free shipping, every order, no minimum
- 90 nights. Send it back and we pay the return label.
- USB-C. Charges off the same cable as your phone.
107 °F, held flat
Not warm to the touch — warm enough that tissue stops resisting. Capped at 111 °F by hardware, not by software.
39° of supported extension
Your head stops being carried by the muscles that have been carrying it since eight this morning. That is the phase a massager cannot do.
Ninety nights, our money
If your neck doesn't feel meaningfully different, email us one line. We send a prepaid label and refund the full amount, shipping included.
Three things people try first
The foam stretcher is genuinely useful and costs about thirty dollars. If you're going to use one thing and you want to spend thirty dollars, buy that one. It stretches a cold muscle, which is why most people stop after two weeks — but it isn't a scam and we're not going to pretend it is. What it can't do is warm the tissue first, and what neither it nor the massage gun can do is both at once.
You already know the exact spot.
Left side, where the neck runs into the shoulder. Sometimes it climbs to the base of the skull. Sometimes it settles behind one eye and stays there until 4 p.m.
You've pressed on it with two fingers at a red light. You've rolled your shoulder and heard something. You've done the stretch where you pull your head sideways with one hand, held it for ten seconds, and felt exactly nothing.
There's a name for that muscle. It's the levator scapulae — it runs from the top of your shoulder blade to the side of your neck, and its entire job is to hold your head where you put it. Physical therapists see it more than almost any other muscle, because almost everyone puts their head in the same place all day.
The Unload Sequence
Heat, extension and vibration all exist separately, everywhere. What isn't sold anywhere is the order. A heated massager does heat and vibration without ever taking the load off. A foam wedge takes the load off cold tissue that fights back.
Phase 1
Warm
minutes 0 to 5Held flat. Not warm to the touch — warm enough that tissue stops resisting. Capped at 111 °F by hardware, not by software.
Phase 2
Unload
the whole fifteen minutesYour head tips back into memory foam, and the muscles that have been holding it since 8 a.m. stop holding it. There is no version of kneading that takes weight off a joint.
Phase 3
Quiet
minutes 5 to 15Once the load is off and the tissue is warm, the vibration isn't fighting a guarded muscle any more. It's finishing.
Fifteen minutes. One button. Lying down. Not a routine, not a protocol you'll abandon in nine days — you lie down, you press once, and it turns itself off.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
Buy it if
- Your neck is stiff by mid-afternoon and worse by Friday.
- You already own a massage gun, and it buys you about an hour.
- You will actually lie down for fifteen minutes. That is the whole ask.
- You would rather own the thing than book the appointment, again.
Skip it if
- You want something you can use at the desk, in front of a screen. This one only works flat.
- You are being treated for a neck or spine condition. Ask your physician before you order, not after.
- You want it to fix a problem in one night. The first session feels good; the change people write about takes a couple of weeks.
If you are in the right-hand column, close the tab. We would rather lose the order than pay for the return and have you tell three people it did not work.
Four steps. None of them are work.
Plug it in, lie down, press the button once, get up fifteen minutes later. That is the whole routine, and it is the same routine on day ninety.
- No assembly
- Nothing to strap on
- One button

What it does, and the reason it does it
You stop bracing.
39° of supported extension. Your head isn't being carried for the length of the session.
The tissue actually gives.
107 °F for the full fifteen minutes. Cold tissue resists; warm tissue lengthens. It's the reason heat comes first and not last.
The guard drops.
Four moving contact points, applied after the load is off — not instead of it.
You'll actually do it.
One button. Fifteen minutes. Auto-off at thirty. The routine you keep is the one with no steps.
It goes where you go.
USB-C, no wall unit, travel case included. Charges off the same cable as your phone.
What 658 buyers said
These are the reviews from the listing this exact device is sold on — pulled with their stars, their countries and their photos, including the three-star ones. Nothing here was written by us.
It's great, the model I bought has all three functions. When you start the car, it performs the massage, heat, inflation and deflation cycle, then there's another button where you can set each option separately. In principle, I'm satisfied; we'll see the results over time with use.
Great for pain and stiffness in the neck area.
So far everything is perfect.
The price is reasonable, the heating and massage functions are good, the cushioning is nice, and the performance is excellent. Good 👍
The product is not what i ordered
excellent
As described, it arrived in good condition and on time. It seems to be of good quality; I haven't tried it yet, but it looks good. I recommend the seller and the product.
The craftsmanship is good. You cannot use the vibrating massage and heating functions at the same time.
Beautiful product that matches the photos and meets my expectations.
It was nice that it had a heating function, but I didn't realize there was no timer function, and when I woke up after falling asleep, it was still working.
I bought it very well at a low price. My mom said it was good when she got home, so I bought it again.
Great for lying in bed
The delivery was fast. As for the product, it works wonderfully, not as I expected, but its features are much better. The only drawback is that it needs to be connected to a charger and generates high heat when the massage period is long. Other than that, it massages like chairs in shopping malls, but only in the neck area and with a medical pillow. I recommend it as a gift for the elderly.
This is great! I recommend it.
The product matches the order. It arrived in the country in 10 days. The shipment was made 2 days after the order. It arrived without any damage. A nice massager. I recommend this store. The lowest price, a responsible seller, thank you.
It would be nice to have additional options for pillow covers.
It's nice that it has a heating function too. It's nice to lie down while receiving a massage with adjustable levels.
I saw a review saying it was cost-effective, so I ordered it, and it really seems to be good. I recommend it.
The product meets my expectations. The order arrived before the deadline. I recommend the seller to everyone.
Excellent quality of the product! Thanks to the seller!
Headphones for scale, not included. Had strong chemical smell that got stronger when it heated out of the bag, but it seems to have mostly faded with use. There's tidy zippers on the covers, memory foam underneath, but the controls and airbag are glued to the upholstery, so they can't really be removed for cleaning and best to leave the zippers untouched. The massage is strong vibration, traction is airbag inflating several times right on top of the neck rest; i find it bit sharp/uncomfortable, and as it tilts the head back don't expect to use phone at the same time. Both vibration & inflation are noisy, earbuds with calm meditative music or alpha waves helps. Overall it does what it says, though for more relaxing effect consider the one without 'traction', it use just the vibration setting, as traction can't be individually disabled.
It is not rechargeable and requires continuous power supply. The noise is a bit loud. The neck massage function seems to be satisfactory.
very good heat and good vibrations very relaxing
I received it well, thank you. Sell a lot.
You need to connect the charging cable to use the heating and vibration massage functions. I'm not sure if it's good as a neck pillow because it's too soft.
The massage pillow is very pleasantly soft, vibrates and warms. This is exactly what I was hoping for.
Great device, really feel like it's doing the job. Highly recommend buying.
good purchase. When buying, you should choose correctly which functions you want the pillow to have. I chose all three; the pillow heats up, vibrates, and massages. I am satisfied; it works from the cable.
Very satisfied with the product, works excellent and easy to operate.
The heating function is amazing. It heats up quickly and its C-shaped design seems good for neck pain relief. The heat temperature can be adjusted in 3 steps (blue, green, red), and the C-type cable needs to be kept connected at all times (not rechargeable). Even without using the massage function, the plastic doesn't feel uncomfortable on the neck, so it can be used as a pillow. I bought another one for my mother.
You don't have to go for physical therapy, haha. It's done by course. Hey, awesome! I'm doing it, but I'm getting sleepy gradually.
Looks neat and works very well! So perfect.
I've tried it for a couple of days, I can't provide much input. I bought one that doesn't have a timer, I don't know how to turn it off after 30 minutes. The massage, pumping, and heat are quite tolerable. I would have liked it if they included instructions for use.
What you're probably thinking
I've bought three of these things already.
Probably all from the same category — devices that work the muscle. That's not a criticism of your judgment, it's the only thing that was on the shelf.
The difference here is the second phase, and it's the one you can feel on night one: your head stops being held up.
$129 is a lot for a pillow.
It is a lot for a pillow. It's also roughly what people spend on the massager, the foam roller and the topical cream that are currently in a drawer — and about a visit and a half at a chiropractor's office.
If it doesn't earn its place in ninety nights, we buy it back and pay the shipping both ways.
How do I know it'll do anything for me?
You don't, and neither do we. Nobody has looked at your neck.
What we can tell you is what it does mechanically — 107 °F, 39 degrees, fifteen minutes — and that you have ninety nights to find out on our money instead of yours.
Can I find this cheaper somewhere else?
You can find a similar-looking device for less. What you'll be buying is the hardware without the return policy, and in this category that turns out to matter.
Ours has a human answering email and the return label is prepaid.
How long does it take to arrive?
Seven to twelve business days to most addresses, and we'll email you tracking as soon as it moves.
We ship direct from the plant that builds it. No distributor, no US warehouse markup. That's the reason this is $129 and not $189 — and the reason it isn't on your doorstep on Tuesday.
Take the load off
Most people buy two. Not because anyone needs two — because the one at the office never makes it home, and the one at home never makes it to the office.

90 nights. Then decide.
Use it every night for ninety nights. If your neck doesn't feel meaningfully different, email us one line — no form, no photos, no reason required. We send a prepaid label and refund the full amount, shipping included.
- You don't repack it perfectly.
- You don't pay a restocking fee.
- We don't try to talk you into store credit.
Questions
How long until I feel something?
Most of the sensation is in the session itself — warmth, then the specific feeling of your head not being held up. Whether that carries into the next day is the part that varies, and it's what the ninety nights are for.
How often should I use it?
Once a day, fifteen minutes. Twice is fine. More than twice isn't better — physical therapists cap heat-and-stretch sessions for a reason, and the device shuts itself off at thirty minutes.
Is it going to be too hot?
It runs at 107 °F. The hardware caps at 111 °F — that's a physical limit, not a software setting. If you have reduced sensation in your neck or shoulders, don't use it.
I have a herniated disc, a pinched nerve, or I've had surgery.
Ask your physician before using it. We're not going to tell you it's fine, because we don't know and we're not qualified to.
Does it work on the lower back?
It's shaped for the neck. Some people put it under the lumbar curve; that isn't what it was built for and we're not going to claim it does anything there.
How does charging work?
USB-C — the same cable as your phone. No wall unit, no dock. A travel case is in the box.
What happens if the motor dies in year two?
If you added Lifetime Replacement at checkout, we replace it. If you didn't, email us anyway — we'd rather solve it than be right about it.
How long does shipping take?
Seven to twelve business days to most addresses, tracking by email. We ship direct from the plant that builds it, which is what keeps it at $129.
Do you sell on Amazon?
No. If you see LEVATA listed there, it isn't us.
