LEVATA

Questions

The device

What actually happens in the fifteen minutes?

Three things, in an order. The heating element comes up to 107 °F and holds there. Your head tips back into 39 degrees of supported extension, so the muscles that have been carrying it since eight this morning stop carrying it. Then four contact points start moving — after the load is off, not instead of taking it off.

How long until I feel something?

Most of the sensation is in the session itself — warmth, then the specific feeling of your head not being held up. Whether that carries into the next day is the part that varies between people, and it's what the ninety nights are for.

How often should I use it?

Once a day, fifteen minutes. Twice is fine. More than twice isn't better — physical therapists cap heat-and-stretch sessions for a reason, and the device shuts itself off at thirty minutes.

Is it going to be too hot?

It runs at 107 °F. The hardware caps at 111 °F, and that's a physical limit rather than a software setting. If you have reduced sensation in your neck or shoulders, don't use it.

Does it work sitting up?

No. The extension phase needs you flat — sitting up puts your head back at exactly the angle that created the problem. Fifteen minutes lying down is the whole protocol.

Does it work on the lower back?

It's shaped for the neck. Some people put it under the lumbar curve. That isn't what it was built for and we're not going to claim it does anything there.

How does charging work?

USB-C — the same cable as your phone. No wall unit, no dock. A travel case is in the box.

Buying it

Why is the two-pack the popular one?

Because the one at the office never makes it home, and the one at home never makes it to the office. Nobody needs two neck devices; plenty of people need one in each of two rooms.

What is Lifetime Replacement?

A one-time $19 add-on at checkout. If the motor or the heater ever quits — any year, any reason that isn't a truck running it over — we replace the unit. It's refunded along with everything else if you return the device.

What is Shipping Protection?

$4.95 at checkout. It covers the one thing carriers don't: a parcel marked delivered that isn't there. Lost, stolen off the porch, or crushed in transit — we ship a new one and there's no claim form.

Do you sell on Amazon?

No. If you see LEVATA listed there, it isn't us.

Delivery and returns

How long does shipping take?

Seven to twelve business days to most addresses, tracking by email. We ship direct from the plant that builds it — no distributor, no warehouse markup. That's what keeps it at $129, and it's also why it isn't there on Tuesday.

What if I don't like it?

Email one line within ninety nights. We send a prepaid label and refund everything, shipping included. No form, no photos, no reason required, no restocking fee, no store credit.

Safety

I have a herniated disc, a pinched nerve, or I've had surgery.

Ask your physician before using it. We're not going to tell you it's fine, because we don't know and we're not qualified to.

Who shouldn't use it?

Anyone who is pregnant, has a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, has metal implants in the cervical spine, has had neck or spine surgery, or has reduced sensation in the neck or shoulders. Stop if it hurts.

Is it a medical device?

No. LEVATA is a therapeutic massager. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. That's a smaller promise than most of this category makes, and it's the one we can keep.
