Is this a regular pillow?
LEVATA is a shaped neck massager with heat and vibration settings. It’s designed for sessions while lying down. Follow the product instructions for positioning and session length.
What kind of massage does it provide?
LEVATA uses vibration. The sensation is different from hands-on kneading, so it helps to know what you’re choosing before you order.
Can I use it while sitting at my desk?
It’s designed for use while lying down. Think of it as a break after your screen time, with space to recline and rest your neck.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Warmth and vibration are sensations you can assess during use. Comfort and any lasting benefit vary from person to person. Your 90-day trial gives you time to decide whether LEVATA is right for you.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days to most addresses, and we’ll email your tracking information.
Can I return it after trying it?
Yes. Request your return within 90 days of delivery by emailing clement-legal@nuchalrest.com. We’ll send a prepaid label. You can use any suitable box; the original packaging isn’t required.
We issue refunds to the original payment method within five business days of receiving the return. See the full return policy for set returns and other details.
What if I return one unit from the set?
If you paid $198 for the set and keep one unit, that unit is charged at the $129 individual price. Your refund for the returned unit is $69. See the return policy for the complete terms.
Is there a warranty?

I have a diagnosed neck or spine condition. Is LEVATA suitable?
Ask your physician before use and follow the product’s instructions and precautions. LEVATA is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Do not use it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, have metal implants in the cervical spine, have had neck or spine surgery, or have reduced sensation in the neck or shoulders.
