1. Who you are dealing with
This store is operated by Clément Legal, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), Appartement 312, 3 Boulevard de la Moselle, 59000 Lille, France — SIREN 983 867 367, trading as LEVATA. "We" and "us" mean that business. "You" means the person placing the order. Contact: clement-legal@nuchalrest.com.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the shipping confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — a pricing error, an address we can't ship to, a payment we can't verify — we cancel it and refund in full, and we tell you why.
3. Prices
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered.
4. What LEVATA is, and what it is not
LEVATA is a therapeutic massager for home use. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, Health Canada, the MHRA or the TGA.
Do not use it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, have metal implants in the cervical spine, have had neck or spine surgery, or have reduced sensation in the neck or shoulders. Stop if it hurts. If you have a diagnosed neck or spine condition, ask your physician before use. Nothing we write is medical advice and we are not qualified to give any.
5. Returns
The refund policy is part of these terms: ninety nights from delivery, prepaid return label, full refund including shipping.
6. Warranty
Every unit carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The optional Lifetime Replacement add-on extends that to the working life of the device for motor and heater failure. Neither covers deliberate damage, water damage, or a device that has been opened.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images, and the name LEVATA on this site belong to us. Don't republish them as your own.
9. Changes
We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the place our business is registered, and nothing in them removes a right you have under the consumer law of the country you bought from.
