Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy from this store, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we collect

  • When you buy: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Your card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store the full number.
  • When you browse: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and an IP address, through cookies and similar technologies.
  • When you email us: whatever you write, and your email address.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts this store and processes the order.
  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal and similar), to take payment.
  • Fulfilment and carriers, to get the parcel to your door — they receive your name and address, nothing else.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising platforms, to measure whether our ads work and to show ads. This can include a hashed, non-reversible version of your email address. You can opt out of that below.
  • Analytics, to see which parts of the page people leave from.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising platforms may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some US state privacy laws — you can opt out at any time using the link below or by emailing us.

Your choices

  • Opt out of advertising and analytics cookies using the cookie banner, or by emailing clement-legal@nuchalrest.com with "opt out" in the subject.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it within 30 days. If you're in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, the UK, the EU, or Australia, you have this right in law; we extend it to everyone anyway.
  • Marketing email: unsubscribe at the bottom of any message. That never affects your order or your 90 nights.

How long we keep it

Order records for 7 years, because tax authorities require it. Marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for 14 months.

Children

This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
