Free on every order. No minimum, no threshold to reach, no surcharge at checkout.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

How long it takes

Seven to twelve business days to most addresses. Orders are handed to the carrier within one business day and you get tracking by email the moment the label is scanned.

We ship direct from the plant that builds the device. There is no distributor in between and no warehouse markup — that's the reason LEVATA is $129 and not $189, and it's also the reason it isn't on your doorstep on Tuesday. We'd rather tell you that on this page than have you find out from a tracking number.

Tracking

You'll get two emails: one when the order is confirmed, one when it ships with a tracking link. If tracking hasn't moved for five days, email clement-legal@nuchalrest.com and we'll chase it or ship a new one.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown at checkout are what you pay. For orders to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, any import duty or tax is calculated and collected at checkout where our carrier supports it — you will not be asked for money at the door. If that ever happens, send us the receipt and we refund it.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still fix it. After the label is printed we can't redirect a parcel — but if it comes back to us we reship it free.

Shipping Protection

The optional $4.95 add-on at checkout covers the one thing a carrier won't: a parcel marked delivered that isn't there. Lost, stolen off the porch, or crushed in transit — we ship a new one and there is no claim form. Without it, we still help, but we may have to wait out the carrier's own investigation window first.
